Duncan Caratacus Clark has displayed a passionate commitment to photography that spans some twenty years. A member of the AOP board since November 2007, for another two years, he offers the AOP his uniquely diverse and well informed perspective. As a well connected individual within the fine art and commercial photography fields, Duncan has a comprehensive skill-set that reflects the inter-twinning strings of his career, which include mentoring & consultancy, lecturing & research and lastly of course fine art photography and art project curation.
Duncan is keen to support the AOP's staff and board in driving through much needed improvements to it's marketing strategy, governance, and service provision, that has already seen great improvements over the last two years. Duncan is ideally positioned to understand fully how the AOP can confidently navigate through this competitive and constantly evolving landscape to ensure the association will be here for future generations of image makers.

Association of Photographers

The AOP brings professional photographers together, protecting their rights and promoting photography. We campaign for all photographers and our awards promote the best in photography. We also provide information services, education programmes, exhibitions and publications to support these activities. As image-makers respond to globalisation, the AOP is building an effective network of communications with photographers from around the world.
